We are delighted to be exhibiting at the Patient Experience Insight Conference, taking place on Wednesday, 4 December 2013 at the Manchester Conference Centre.
The conference, with keynote introductions from both Neil Churchill, Director of Patient Experience and Sam Riley, Director of Insight at NHS England, will provide a practical guide to measuring, understanding and acting on patient experience insight, and demonstrating responsiveness both to individual patient feedback and to insight from patients as an organisation as a whole.
At our stand, we will showcase our award-winning real-time Patient Feedback App, developed in partnership with Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Visitors will be able to find out more information about our app, how easy it is to use and how the back-end dashboard is used by ward managers in hospitals. There will even be an opportunity to try it out in real-time.
If you cannot attend the event but would like to find out more about the app, then please do contact us for further information and follow the conference on Twitter #Patientexp
We look forward to meeting many of you at, what is sure to be, a fantastic event.
The key for organisations is to demonstrate they are responsive to patients… this is not just about metrics or the friends and family test… this is about insight drawn from a number of sources and understanding how that can be acted upon.. surveys play a role but only when you demonstrate they have be used to drive improvement”
